The VS Series– BIG Steak December West Nile Street

The Versus Series are a range of experiential evenings where we celebrate a range of cuisines and beverages from across the globe. To close out the year our December Edition it’s Big Beers v Big Steaks v Big Wines. An evening of pure indulgence, our butcher, Shaw's Fine Meats, specially selecting & dry-aging 3 cuts of steak, which our chefs pair with some delicious sides and followed by a decadent dessert. Innis & Gunn will be showcasing this year’s finest beers and our Wines will be carefully paired to stand up to each course. Tickets are extremely limited and must be bought in advance, book now to avoid disappointment!
